Whatcom Farm Circle Sponsorship Opportunities

This event is made possible thanks to our partners and sponsors. In order to make sure that the program is truly accessible to all Whatcom County students, we offer this event free of charge! However, various supplies and classroom materials that we provide during and after the field trip create a number of expenses for us. For example, we create and pay for the printing of activity journals for each student to take home. We also pay for lunches for our volunteers and station leaders. Furthermore, due to budget cuts at many schools in Whatcom County, many students are unable to attend for lack of transportation. Each year we offer a number of transportation grants to schools with limited funding.

Sponsorships provide opportunities for many Whatcom County schools to attend with a transportation grants and help supply materials to students and teachers who attend Whatcom Farm Circle. By becoming a sponsor, your business or organization can be assured that you are supporting a meaningful cause to educate our students (and future voters) about the value of agriculture in our community.
