Agriculture & Industrial Arts careers in Whatcom & Skagit Counties are both diverse and plentiful
At the Whatcom Agriculture & Trades Career Fair, high school students can find a meaningful career that aligns with their values and goals, and ensures a future for food in Whatcom County. At this event, over two dozen vendors will be attending to introduce the wide variety of agricultural and industrial careers that are available starting right here in Whatcom County.
As an organization focused on agriculture education, our target participants are businesses that support agriculture. However, this event is not limited to agricultural businesses. We also aim to invite a wide variety of industrial skills and craftsman businesses to highlight the amount of skills and facets that are a major component in supporting our agricultural industry. It takes a lot of people and skills grow our food!
This event creates a unique space to network with community leaders, explore a variety of careers, and find summer work. In addition, at this event you will have the opportunity to enhance your resume, practice mock interviews, and engage with agriculture leaders in the workshop series.
Will you join the cause in a career focused on food production?
